Exciting new film shows progress at Northstowe

New drone footage shows the impressive progress to date on Phase 1 of Northstowe including the completed new homes - many of which are now occupied. Work has already on the second phase in the next few months with these houses due to occupation from 2020.
New schools in Northstowe move one step closer

The schools at Northstowe are moving a step forward following the appointment of Kier as the design and build contractor just before Christmas. The development team are taking the initial plans for the secondary and special school to the Cambridgeshire Design Quality panel on 5 February.

We are pleased to announce that proposals are being developed to design and construct the Northstowe Education Campus. The campus, which will be built in a number of phases, will ultimately provide primary (including pre-school), Secondary, SEN (Special Education Needs) and sixth form provision, as well as sports and community facilities.
7-year-old Aurelia wins Taylor Wimpey East Anglia design competition

A 7-year-old girl from the Pathfinder C of E Primary School in Northstowe, has won a competition to design a new home greeting card for Taylor Wimpey East Anglia. Children from the local primary school were tasked with designing a card that would be sent to residents at Taylor Wimpey’s nearby Varsity Grange development.
Welcoming our first residents

We were thrilled to celebrate the arrival of Northstowe’s first new residents earlier this year, with many more due to arrive over the coming months, and over a quarter of homes already reserved. Developer Bloor Homes will be building the first 92 homes in Phase 1, with houses ranging from two to five bedrooms.
