'Northstowe new town is taking shape.

Northstowe Secondary College is open - part of a 16 hectare education campus. Pathfinder Primary School is open - adjacent to a wonderful new park. 630 homes are already occupied. A new lake is being created alongside the guided busway which connects to Cambridge. Urban Splash are delivering 406 high quality, factory built homes here (at Inholm) - customisable homes are available now for occupation in May 2021.

Phase 2B will deliver 295 new homes right next to the future town centre. Phase 3B will form a new neighbourhood of 1000 homes focussed on retained landscape. A new 2 kilometre long road provide convenient access to Northstowe.

A landmark bridge is under construction - improving access for pedestrians, cyclists and equestrians - and Northstowe is accessed from the newly improved A14. A second access road is planned.

Northstowe House provides new offices for Homes England - showcasing modern methods of construction. Phase 3A will deliver 4000 homes and associated facilities - with 67 hectares of new open space and retained woodland. Visit northstowe.com'
